HAPPY FRIDAY!!
The sun is shining, the wind is ceasing, I’m feeling better – what more could one ask for?
How about a drink?
Last Saturday, a few of us gathered at the Rio for their famous margaritas (so strong, they have a 3-drink limit!) and a bit of catch up. Soon the tequila was flowing, and everyone was in a good mood.
These two people are normally very attractive…
We all made ours ‘classic’ – on the rocks with salt.
As if out of nowhere, chips, salsa, and guacamole magically appeared before us. YUM.
A perfect Saturday afternoon.
Truth be told, however, Rio margs are not my favorite (shhhhhh!). In my opinion, they are a bit too tart, and a bit too sweet. Tomorrow I have plans to concoct the perfect summer marg at home with friends, so I will make sure to document the process and report back!
