As I mentioned, last weekend was Tour de Fat! Now, I could go through each picture and describe to you what was going on, but to be honest, Tour de Fat is really a feast for the eyes (and, most of the time, I had absolutely no idea what was going on!).
I will say that we started the day with a delicious champagne breakfast before making our way to parade…
…where we met up with friends and went on our way!

And in case you were wondering what we dressed up as….
At around noon, we left the parade. At that point, the only thing that sounded good was something COLD, and the siblings and I made a beeline for the snow-cone booth.
We may or may not have purchased some cotton candy…
Refreshments in tow, we wandered around the festival, checking out all of the funky ‘attractions’. New Belgium really outdid themselves this year!

On our way home, we stopped to say hello to this little guy and his mom.
