Hello! Happy Monday 🙂 How are you guys? I’m feeling happy and snuggly (that’s a thing, right?) after an amazing birthday yesterday, which I may try to recap later this week. For now, however, I want to roll out my 2014 DIY Gift Guide! Hi friends! Happy Friday! Hope you all had a more-or-less good week. Mine’s been pretty good, with a decent mix of work, play, and knitting time (literally. can’t. stop. knitting.). This weekend is my 26th birthday, and I’m celebrating by throwing a small dinner party because what birthday is complete without nine hours of stress and panic in the kitchen? ☺ Just kidding! Margot’s been incredibly busy this year with work, school, and being in a professional musical (!!). She’s moving to Uganda next Spring to complete her student teaching, […]

It’s to be expected, really – reuniting for a week or two after months of time apart with people who you know will always love you during an extremely stressful and busy holiday…pretty much a recipe for disaster. My family is spread out all over the world (this year we finally we had three of us on the same continent –  a rarity!). Thus, when we do come together, there is a LOT to catch […]

Hey! My favorite month of the year is finally here, and I couldn’t be more excited! There’s a LOT happening in December, starting with my 26th birthday this Sunday. I’m also going to Sweden to spend Christmas and New Year’s with my family, and am already counting the days until the flight 🙂 With a month as crazy as this one, I like to jot down a loose ‘to-do’ list to help me get everything […]
