Despite all of my bitching and moaning, I do like some things about winter.
Like fresh snow, for example.
And walks with this one:
Like the perfect light…
And the quiet stillness.
A few Sundays ago, we joined our friend Tobias for a long, leisurely stroll around my favorite reservoir.
Tobias was a doll and took some lovely photos of me and Conrad.
…only to be upstaged by the bromance going on here:
I might be sick of the cold, but it’s little things – like a walk in nature with people I love – that make winter durable and even (dare I say it?), enjoyable.
That being said….I’m sooooo ready for spring!!
